Performance Information

CulturalDC is thrilled to host: The Bearded Ladies Cabaret Company and their Beardmobile, a big gay mobile performance unit, glitterfully outfitted for socially-distanced performance. With neon LED lighting, high-powered speakers, a 6-foot retractable stage, and room for a three-piece band, the truck is not only stunning, but versatile. The Bearded Ladies have spent the last month on the Beardmobile Fall Love Tour, staging performances across their hometown of Philadelphia. And now, the group is taking their truck on its first major outing: to Washington, D.C.

On October 22nd, catch the Bearded Ladies’ John Jarboe, US of Philly music collective, ILL DOOTS and Washington, D.C. singer/songwriter Be Steadwell on the Beardmobile. On the 23rd, John Jarboe and US return for a daytime, all-ages performance.

COVID Safety Measures

Sandlot Southeast is an outdoor venue with picnic tables that seat groups of 6. For the safety and comfort of the performers and staff, we ask that guests wear their masks when not seated at their table, ordering drinks/food, and interacting with performers/staff.
