Combining the synchronicity of street theater with the inner and outer worlds of 14th Street, a shared voyeuristic experience emerges that you never knew was possible.

This performance is part of the “Ethereal Encounters” theme of shows in this year’s Festival. Encounters from the mundane to the mysterious can hold surprising consequences. A girl suffering under the weight of a family tragedy is drawn into a fairy tale universe where she encounters child-eating witches, giants, wolves and her own salvation. An American businesswoman makes a harrowing discovery on a Tokyo subway and a group of slackers are changed forever by the baffling voice inside a peculiar wooden box. Make astounding and unsettling discoveries in the “Ethereal Encounters” that mark this group of plays.
